Lviv Holocaust Monument Vandalized

Someone painted swastikas on a Holocaust monument in Lviv, Ukraine, according to an August 21, 2008 report by the AEN news agency. The Nazis murdered around 200,000 people, most of them Jews, at the Yanovsky concentration camp, where the monument was placed in 1992. Earlier this week, German tourists spotted the vandalism and reported it to police.
