
A group of neo-Nazis stabbed two youths in Izhvesk, Russia (Republic of Udmurtiya), according to a September 30, 2008 report by the Sova Information-Analytical Center. One suffered stab wounds to the stomach, the other cuts on his hand as a result of the September 23 attack. Police are investigating the stabbings, and allegedly roughed up the victims' friends on two occasions in an effort to find out if they belonged to an anti-fascist group.
