Top Communist Party Official Accuses Jews of Genocide

(January 22, 2007)

A member of the central committee of Russia’s Communist Party (KPRF) has authored an article accusing Jews of committing genocide against ethnic Russians, according to a January 18, 2007 report posted on the Russian Jewish web site Antisemitizmu.net. Nikolai Kolomeytsev--a former State Duma deputy--began his article, which was posted on the party’s web site, by citing Karl Marx’s argument that “egoism is the principle behind [the concept of] civil society” because civil society is based on property. Marx went on to accuse Jews of being behind the concept, which he argued was in their interests as “especially wealthy members of civil society.”

Mr. Kolomeytsev takes the argument from there, asking rhetorically:

“Isn’t this the key essence of the accelerating extermination of the Slavs through artificial unemployment, forced alcoholism and drug addiction, and the criminalization of society? Slavs are genetically predisposed towards collectivism in all of its forms and the forced egoism of the oligarchic [read “Jewish”] clique of Putin is alien to them.”
