Vandals painted swastikas and neo-Nazi slogans on a small mausoleum over the grave of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak, a famous Berdichev rabbi who died in 1810 in what is now Ukraine, according to a March 4, 2008 report by the AEN news agency. The incident took place on March 3. Police arrived to investigate the crime, but shortly after they left the vandals struck again.
