Stabbing in Vladimir Region May Be Hate Crime A man stabbed two Tajiks in Aleksandrovsk, Russia (Vladimir region), according to a June 5, 2008 report by the Sova Information-Analytical Center. On May 31 the men were stabbed at a bus stop--one victim in the stomach, the other in the shoulder. Police say they have identified the assailant and are investigating ethnic hatred as a possible motive. There is no information in the report indicating that the victims were robbed.
