Neo-Nazi Lithuanian City Councilman Fined for Pulling Down Menorah

Mindaugas Murza, a neo-Nazi leader and member of the Siauliai city council, has been fined by a court for a 2003 antisemitic demonstration, according to UCSJ’s Baltic Bureau. He was ordered to pay a 5,000 lats fine for leading an antisemitic demonstration during a menorah lighting ceremony in Siauliai. Several of his followers received lesser fines.
